Members at Large
Tiffany Matheson
Tiffany is in her second year of the social service worker program at Sheridan College in Oakville. Tiffany loves her program and has met such great people because of it. In her spare time, Tiffany likes to hang out with her mother, grandmother, kitten (Boots) and her Chihuahua/Pomeraniam dog (Buddy). When Tiffany is not spending time at school, work or with family, she likes to spend time with her friends hanging out, going to the movies, watching CSI and go shopping. Tiffany chose to become a board member of CYAN because she is at the great age where she can understand how young adults feel. Being part of CYAN will give her the opportunity to share with other youth the things Tiffany wished somone a little bit older and cooler than herself had taken the time to share with her.
Nick Selemba
Nick was very active in youth groups and athletics while growing up in Hamilton, Ontario.
As an adult, he has also recognized the importance of helping youth meet their particular needs and acquire as many skills as possible that can be used for the rest of their lives.
Nick has over twenty five years experience working as an educator and coach with students and youths in various capacities.
He strongly believes that CYAN is an important and worthwhile organization because it helps to give direction to adolescents, provide multiple opportunities to grow personally and make lasting connections. Thereby, inspiring them and giving them a chance to encourage others to give back.
