CYAN will be inviting Rob Parro to present on financial planning at our next Life Skills Session. As many youth are heading off to post-secondary education and the workforce finances can seem overwhelming. Come and join us for tips on smart saving and hear from Tiffany Matheson, a current college student soon heading off to University about her successful experience attaining scholarship funding and seeking financial help through the assistance of a professional financial planner.
Learn more about financial points and tips, how to save money as a youth and how to be financially responsible. Join us at the Halton Regional Police Station, near Dundas Street and Oak Park Blvd.

Rob Parro is the owner of Parro Insurance & Financial Services, located in Oakville Ontario. Since 1996, he has assisted hundreds of families and small business owners with their investment planning and financial risk management strategies. Rob has worked both as a Manager with one of Canada’s largest life insurance companies as well as an independent advisor with his own company. Hazel Fluke is a self-employed certified financial planner (CFP), who has worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years. Her background includes over 17 years in education. During her tenure as a high school teacher, Hazel taught Economics and Accounting, and designed and taught a financial planning course for which she authored the accompanying textbook, “Money Management: A First Course.”
